1. Strict No-Returns Policy

Due to the delicate biological nature, strict temperature sensitivity, and purity maintenance required for research peptides and laboratory reagents, Eden Synthesis maintains a strict NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS policy once an order has dispatched.

2. Contamination & Quality Control

We cannot accept returns or physical exchanges on opened or unopened vials because we cannot verify the environmental storage conditions or temperature history once a parcel leaves our facility. This policy guarantees that every client receives uncompromised, factory-sealed materials.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Dispatches

If your package arrives damaged in transit or if an incorrect batch was dispatched, you must notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the sealed outer packaging, shipping tag, and product batch labels. Approved replacements for items damaged during transit will be re-sent at no extra charge.
